2. User Accounts and Eligibility

  • Account Creation: You must provide accurate and complete information to register for an account.
  • Eligibility (Providers): You must be a licensed healthcare professional to register as a Provider. You must maintain all required licenses and certifications while using the Platform.
  • Eligibility (Clients): You must be a legitimate healthcare employer or organization authorized to post job openings.

3. Provider-Specific Obligations and Credentialing

  •  Accuracy of Data: Providers must ensure all information provided, particularly professional credentials, is true, current, and accurate.
  • Consent to Verification: By using the Platform, Providers explicitly consent to MedProviders and its third-party partners performing real-time credential verification and background checks, including contacting licensing boards and other necessary entities.
  • Display of Status: Providers agree that the verified status of their credentials (e.g., active, expired, pending) will be displayed on their profile to Clients.

4. Client-Specific Obligations and Use of AI

  • Hiring Decisions: Clients acknowledge that MedProviders’ AI-driven match score (88%for Dr. Taylor, 98% Match Accuracy) and ATS shortlisting are provided for informational and convenience purposes only. Clients are solely responsible for all final hiring decisions, due diligence, and confirming the qualifications, eligibility, and fitness of any Provider.
  • Legal Compliance: Clients must comply with all applicable employment laws, anti-discrimination laws, and professional regulatory standards in their hiring and communication with Providers.
  • Job Postings: Job postings must be accurate, non-misleading, and represent genuine, currently available positions.

5. Intellectual Property

  • The Platform, including all text, graphics, logos, and the underlying AI technology, is the property of MedProviders and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
  • Use of AI Output: The match rankings and shortlisting results generated by our AI are for your internal use on the Platform only and may not be publicly distributed without our express written consent.

6. Platform Use and Restrictions

Users agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempt to circumvent the security features or credential verification processes.
  • Scrape, copy, or duplicate any part of the Platform without written permission.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

    • NO WARRANTY: The Platform is provided “as is.” MedProviders disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
    • AI LIABILITY: MedProviders makes no guarantee regarding the accuracy of the 98% Match Accuracy or any outcome related to using the Platform (e.g., time to hire, quality of candidates). MedProviders is not responsible for any Client’s hiring decision or a Provider’s job performance.
    • LIABILITY LIMITATION: To the maximum extent permitted by law, MedProviders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your use of the Platform.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MedProviders, its officers, directors, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party (including employment laws).

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
