Terms of Service
Rules for using MedProviders as a healthcare provider, employer, or visitor.
Last updated June 8, 2026
1. Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MedProviders website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”) operated by MedProviders, Inc. (“MedProviders,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating an account, submitting a demo request, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. The platform
MedProviders is a verified hiring network for healthcare. The Platform connects licensed clinicians and allied health professionals (“Providers”) with hospitals, clinics, staffing agencies, and other healthcare organizations (“Employers”) for recruiting, credentialing, and hiring workflows.
MedProviders facilitates profile creation, credential verification, job discovery, applications, messaging, and related tools. We are not a medical provider, employer of record, staffing agency, or credentialing body. Hiring decisions remain solely between Providers and Employers.
3. Accounts & eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Platform.
- Provider accounts are intended for individuals seeking clinical or allied health roles.
- Employer accounts are intended for authorized representatives of hiring organizations.
- You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding login credentials.
- You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized access to your account.
We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, present security risks, or contain materially false information.
4. Provider profiles & credential data
Providers may submit professional information, licenses, certifications, employment history, and supporting documents. You represent that information you provide is accurate, current, and complete to the best of your knowledge.
Verification status displayed on the Platform reflects checks performed against available primary sources and submitted materials. Verification does not guarantee suitability for a role, clinical competence, or continued compliance with licensing requirements.
You control how credential information is shared with Employers through Platform settings and application actions, subject to applicable law and any agreements between you and an Employer.
5. Employer services
Employer subscriptions, seat limits, job postings, and feature access depend on your selected plan. Pricing and plan details are described on our Pricing page and in any order form or statement of work you execute with us.
- Employers must use candidate and credential data only for legitimate hiring and compliance purposes.
- Employers may not scrape, resell, or export Platform data except as expressly permitted.
- Demo requests and sales conversations do not create a binding subscription until confirmed in writing.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit false credentials, impersonate another person, or misrepresent affiliation with an organization.
- Harass, discriminate against, or unlawfully contact other users.
- Probe, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the Platform or related systems.
- Use the Platform in violation of HIPAA, anti-discrimination laws, or other applicable regulations.
- Upload malware, spam, or content that infringes third-party rights.
We may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required.
7. Intellectual property
MedProviders and its licensors own the Platform, branding, software, and documentation. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for its intended purpose while your account remains in good standing.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant MedProviders a license to host, display, process, and transmit that content as needed to operate the Platform, perform verification, and provide services to you and authorized counterparties.
8. Disclaimers
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEDPROVIDERS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, that verification results are complete or current, or that any hire will occur through the Platform.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEDPROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE PLATFORM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO MEDPROVIDERS IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
10. Termination
You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continued operation poses risk to users or the Platform.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — will survive.
11. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
